PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Q: Do you only offer tracked shipping?
A: Yes, at this time only tracked (paid) shipping is available for sticker orders. If you wish to receive free, untracked shipping on orders under $25 then you can order from our Etsy shop. Note: choosing untracked shipping means you are agreeing to the terms and conditions - no refunds or replacements will be sent for those who choose untracked letter options.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping?
A: Yes, at checkout you are free to upgrade your shipping to whichever carrier and price suit your needs best.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We have a processing time of 3-5 business days (this does not include the shipping time). Depending on the carrier used shipping speed varies but in general, First Class shipping takes 1-6 business days, Priority is 1-3 business days, and Express/Overnight is 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays and won't process refunds due to late or missing packages.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.
Q: What if there's something wrong with my order?
A: We apologize for this inconvenience, and always want to make things right. Please contact with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and photo proof. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: No, we do not offer any customization options at this time.
Q: Do you wholesale your products?
A: Yes! At this time, only vinyl stickers are available for wholesale. All wholesale orders are directly through Faire at adaezeandco.faire.com
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, international orders are only shipped through our Etsy shop.
